0. OBJECT
These General Conditions regulate the acquisition of the products offered on the website www.aulart.com, owned by AULART MASTERCLASS S.L. (hereinafter, AULART).
The acquisition of any product implies the full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the General Conditions indicated, without prejudice to the acceptance of any Specific Conditions that may apply when acquiring certain products.
These General Conditions may be modified without prior notice, so it is advisable to read their content carefully before proceeding to acquire any of the products offered.
1. IDENTIFICATION
In compliance with Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, AULART informs you that:

All notifications and communications between users and AULART will be considered effective, for all purposes, when made through any of the means detailed above.
3. PRODUCTS
AULART offers several training modalities through its platform:
- Masterclass: These are pre-recorded video courses that may be taught by renowned artists, professionals in the sector, or members of the Aulart team.
- Bootcamps: Live online courses taught on specified dates in which the instructor covers a particular topic.
- Connect Essentials Plan: An annual membership plan that includes a selection of Aulart’s original Masterclasses and Artist Masterclasses + Live Masterclasses, Demo Feedback Sessions, Music Production Q&As, and Mentoring sessions with professionals from the music industry, as well as networking sessions and included plugins, improved features in the mobile application, and periodic additions of supplementary features.
- Connect All Access Plan: An annual membership plan that includes all of Aulart’s original Masterclasses and Artist Masterclasses + Live Masterclasses, Demo Feedback Sessions, Music Production Q&As, and Mentoring sessions with professionals from the music industry, as well as networking sessions and included plugins, improved features in the mobile application, and periodic additions of supplementary features.
- Artist MBA: An advanced training program focused on different areas of the music and art industry. This product has a 14-calendar-day withdrawal right from the date of purchase. After that period, no refunds will be accepted, and no pending payments will be canceled. Failure to attend or withdrawal from the course does not exempt you from paying the full price.
In any case, the products offered, along with their main features and prices, are described on the website.
AULART reserves the right to decide, at any time, which products and/or services are offered to Customers. Thus, AULART may, at any time, add new products and/or services to those currently offered. Likewise, AULART reserves the right to withdraw or stop offering any of the products offered, at any time and without prior notice.
Once on www.aulart.com, in order to access the contracting of different products, the User must follow all the instructions indicated in the purchase process, which implies reading and accepting all the general and specific conditions set forth on www.aulart.com.
4. AVAILABILITY, SUBSTITUTIONS, CANCELLATION AND RENEWAL
AULART intends to guarantee the availability of all products advertised on www.aulart.com:
- Masterclasses are always available, unless they are purchased in “Pre-order” mode, in which case access to the content will be granted on the date indicated on the website at the time of purchase.
- Bootcamps are available on the dates indicated at the time of purchase. However, they may be limited to a maximum number of attendees (which will in any case be fewer than 130, determined at the instructors’ discretion for each Bootcamp) ranging between 20 and 72. You cannot purchase a Bootcamp that has already started.
- If a Bootcamp is canceled before the start date for reasons attributable to the organization or unforeseen circumstances related to the instructor, the customer will be informed by email as soon as possible. Another course of similar content and cost will be offered (if one is scheduled) or, if another Bootcamp cannot be offered or the customer rejects the offered alternative, a refund will be provided. The refund will be made via the same payment method within a maximum of 60 days.
- The benefits available on our website (plugins, software, offers, or sample packs) will have limited availability as determined either by the brand in question or by the end of the collaboration between the brand and AULART. Products will be available until stocks run out. Under no circumstances does the purchaser of the membership have the right to claim or request compensation from AULART if a plugin, software, offer, or sample pack becomes unavailable.
- If AULART unjustifiably delays the refund of amounts paid, the consumer may claim double the amount owed.
- The Connect Essentials and Connect All Access Plans are available on the platform from the moment of purchase, as they include pre-recorded material. Subscription to a membership Plan is annual and will renew automatically for successive annual periods unless the customer cancels it 7 days prior to its expiration date (12 months from the purchase date). To cancel the membership, the customer must do so from their private area.
- The customer subscribed to the Connect Essentials or Connect All Access Plan may choose to pay the annual subscription in twelve installments. Splitting the payment does not give the user the right to cancel the membership before the annual expiration date, unless covered by the exceptional withdrawal scenario described in Section 9. The annual membership implies a commitment to pay all 12 installments. Failure to pay one of them will result in the suspension of access until payment is made, and under no circumstances will it imply the cancellation of the membership.
- If payment is not regularized and outstanding installments remain unpaid until the subscription expires, AULART will proceed to cancel access and initiate appropriate legal actions to claim the amount owed until the full annual subscription cost is met.
- Regarding the Artist MBA product, its availability is as stated on our website. Once purchased, access is subject to the specific dates and instructions for that program. It is explicitly stated that the customer has 14 calendar days from the purchase date to exercise their right of withdrawal (see Section 9). After this period, no refunds will be accepted.
5. PURCHASE AND/OR CONTRACTING PROCESS
Our training products are aimed at users of any age; however, any purchase on www.aulart.com must be made by an adult.
The steps to follow to make a purchase are:
- Select the training modality (Masterclass, Bootcamp, Connect Essentials Plan, Connect All Access Plan, or Artist MBA).
- You will be informed whether it is a direct purchase, “Pre-order,” or “Seat Reservation.”
- Fill in your personal details and choose the payment method.
- Make the payment.
It is also recommended that the customer keeps a copy of the terms of sale on a durable medium when placing their order, as well as the confirmation receipt sent by AULART by email.
Invoicing
If the customer wishes to receive an invoice, they should request it by email at support@aulart.com, specifying how they want to receive it.
6. ACCESS TO CONTENT
Masterclass
Access to the Masterclass content is granted as soon as the purchase is finalized and the confirmation email is received. Access is provided through the AULART website for an indefinite period, as long as the platform remains active or until AULART decides to cancel access, notifying the user in advance.
Generally, the Masterclass is taught in the artist’s native language. The customer can check the languages in which subtitles are offered on the website, next to the product, before making a purchase.
Connect Essentials and Connect All Access Plans
They are acquired under an annual membership. Once the selected plan is purchased, online access is provided through the platform for one year.
Conditions for accessing Masterclasses and Connect Plans:
- Links to access the content are personal, individual, and non-transferable.
- Sharing access to any AULART content with a third party is prohibited. AULART reserves the right to take legal action against the buyer who violates this prohibition. If shared access is detected, AULART will immediately cancel the customer’s account and their access to all the content included in their account without prior notice.
- Access traceability: Access to online content on the platform will be monitored by AULART for connection time and usage in order to conduct follow-up on students’ progress, inform the teaching staff and artist instructors, and verify compliance with contractual conditions.
Bootcamps
Access to the Bootcamp content purchased is granted on the course start date, via the online video platform of AULART’s choosing. The Bootcamps are mostly conducted in Spanish, with some in English. The languages may vary for each new Bootcamp, and this information is provided on the website next to the product before the purchase.
The sessions are recorded and will be uploaded to the external platform chosen by AULART at any given time, so that the user can have access to them for 30 days following the course’s conclusion.
Recording and Dissemination of Bootcamps: Image Rights and Intellectual Property
Recording the sessions involves processing the student’s image and voice by AULART, as well as the potential use of any content the student provides in the Bootcamp.
By accepting these Conditions through the checkbox provided during the Bootcamp purchase process, the user ASSIGNS their image and intellectual property rights to AULART and authorizes their use under the following terms:
- The customer or their legal representative who made the purchase FREELY AUTHORIZES AULART to capture, record, photograph, represent, and/or portray their image, sounds, voice, or interventions that occur during the Bootcamp.
- To disseminate, publicly communicate, and use the elements described in the previous point under the terms of this authorization.
- To retain all possible intellectual property rights derived from their participation during the Bootcamp recording, as well as image rights, to disseminate, reproduce, display, and/or exploit them for the maximum period allowed by Spanish law and without any territorial limit. The assigned rights include all inherent capture, use, and reproduction rights, among others: adaptation, editing, translation, dubbing, subtitling, broadcasting, exhibition, promotion, advertising, public communication, and distribution of the images or fragments obtained.
- To exploit the aforementioned rights, under the terms stated, in any language and any present or future media (social media, film, television, streaming services, downloads, etc.).
You waive the right to claim any compensation from AULART or any third party for the authorization granted herein, which confers no rights, since it constitutes a free assignment of rights.
The assignment of rights you expressly authorize by accepting these General Conditions is governed by Organic Law 1/1982 of May 5, on Civil Protection of the Right to Honor, Personal and Family Privacy and Self-Image, as well as by Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 of April 12, approving the revised text of the Intellectual Property Law.
Regardless of the above, you undertake not to disclose confidential information and to hold AULART and third parties harmless from any claim arising from harmful consequences due to your participation in the Bootcamp and the assignment granted herein.
7. PRICES, FEES, AND TAXES
The prices of the products listed on www.aulart.com will be expressed in the currency that AULART deems appropriate (euros, dollars, pounds, etc.), depending on the buyer’s location. Prices will be guaranteed for the duration of their validity.
The final prices of all products, along with their features, offers, discounts, etc., are reflected in each of the items appearing in the catalog of www.aulart.com.
For intracommunity purchases (made in Spain and the rest of the EU), the products include VAT, applying the relevant VAT rate of the buyer’s country of residence. For purchases outside the EU, no VAT or corresponding tax will be included; the buyer is responsible for paying any possible duties or taxes required at the destination.
Product prices may vary at any time. In that case, the price to be applied will be the one in effect on the date the order was placed. In any event, the final cost will be communicated to the customer during the electronic purchase process before they confirm acceptance.
8. PAYMENT METHODS
We offer the following payment methods:
- Credit or debit card: You can pay immediately through the secure payment gateway Stripe. Should any refund or cancellation be necessary, the amount will be returned via the same card used for payment.
- PayPal: Through PayPal, payment for the order is authorized, but no money is withdrawn until PayPal verifies the correctness of the transaction. A PayPal account is required.
- Klarna: Klarna allows purchases to be made with delayed payment, offering options such as “Pay now or pay in 3 interest-free installments” or “Pay later, in 30 days, without interest.”
- Cryptocurrency payments: You can choose from various cryptocurrencies, such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, and others. Simply select the crypto payment option during checkout, and you will be provided with the necessary instructions to complete your transaction securely.
- seQura: By selecting seQura as a payment method, the user enters into a financing agreement with this entity, which will be governed by seQura’s own conditions. Failure to pay an installment does not automatically cancel the subscription or purchased course but will have the consequences established by seQura in its financing contract (possible fees, default interest, collection actions, etc.). Failure to attend, withdrawal from the course, or a desire not to continue does not exempt you from full payment committed through seQura.
- Other payment methods: AULART offers other methods, such as Apple Pay, and may introduce additional payment options at any time to facilitate purchase. In any case, available payment methods will be shown during the purchase process on the website.
9. RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY
According to the legislation, consumers and users have the right to WITHDRAW from the contract within a maximum period of 14 calendar days without needing to indicate any reason and without incurring any cost, except as provided under Articles 107.2 and 108 of RD1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
However, this withdrawal right does not apply, among others, to:
- Services already executed or started.
- Contracts for the supply of audio or video recordings, discs, and computer software that have been unsealed by the consumer and user, as well as computer files provided electronically that can be downloaded or reproduced immediately for permanent use.
Consequently, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if any of the following circumstances occur:
- Access to the purchased Masterclass has been made or after 14 days from the date of said purchase, whichever happens first; in the case of annual membership, after 7 days from the date of purchase of said membership or once 6 hours of video have been consumed, whichever happens first; in the case of “Pre-order” or “Reservation,” after 14 days from the date of purchase.
- The purchased Bootcamp has already started, regardless of the customer’s actual participation.
- A benefit coupon has been displayed after being requested.
- The download of any paid digital material has begun.
The customer accepts the above by checking the corresponding box during the purchase process.
Artist MBA: in this case, there is a 14-calendar-day withdrawal period from the date of purchase, provided that no content has been accessed or consumed online if it was made available. Once this 14-day period has passed, no refunds or cancellations of pending payments will be accepted, regardless of the chosen payment method (including seQura). Failure to attend or withdrawal from the program does not exempt the user from the full payment.
Withdrawal implies that AULART will refund the amount already paid by the customer within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, using the same procedure chosen by the customer for payment (as long as the purchased product does not fall under the exceptions mentioned above).
AULART will send the consumer an acknowledgment of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium.
Once we receive your request, we will contact the customer to provide instructions on the refund process.
10. LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER
AULART cannot guarantee the invulnerability of its systems or the continuity of the connection before or during a training session, and therefore assumes no liability for damages arising from technical issues, server crashes, network disconnections, or other incidents caused by third parties that result in the suspension or interruption of the service. AULART will make every effort to restore the connection as quickly as possible.
The conditions for the proper use of the website by users are described in our Legal Notice.
11. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPLAINTS
To submit any complaint or claim to AULART, the customer must contact the customer service department either via email at support@aulart.com or through the contact form on our website: https://www.aulart.com/es/contacto/.
In accordance with the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution for consumer disputes and under Article 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, we inform you that the European Commission provides all consumers with an online dispute resolution platform, available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
12. APPLICABLE LAW
These conditions will be governed by current Spanish legislation. The languages used for formalizing the contract are Spanish and English.
